What is worth writing to us about

Corrections. A regulator we have described wrongly, a bonus term that has changed, a tax figure that is out of date, a helpline that no longer answers. Include the page and what is wrong. We fix errors and date the change.

Payout problems. If a casino listed here has refused or delayed a withdrawal, tell us. Reader reports are the most useful signal we get about how an operator actually behaves, and they have changed our scores before. Include the casino, the dates, and what the casino told you.

Helplines. If you run or know of a gambling support service in an African country we have not covered, send it. Our helpline list is thinner than it should be, particularly in francophone and lusophone markets.

Operators. If you run a casino and want to discuss a listing, say so plainly. We will tell you the same thing we publish: a commercial arrangement does not change a score, and reviews carry the criticism alongside the recommendation. See how we rate.

What we cannot help with

We are not a casino. We do not hold accounts, process deposits, pay winnings or reset passwords. If you have an account problem, it must go to the casino’s own support first.

We cannot recover your money. We have no authority over any operator. What we can do is record what happened, factor it into the review, and tell you what escalation routes exist for that licence — which is genuinely limited for Curaçao and Anjouan licensees. See casino licences explained.

We do not give legal or financial advice. Gambling law differs in every African jurisdiction. Our country pages describe the position as we understand it, dated; they are not advice and should not be relied on as such.

If you need help now

If gambling has become a problem, please do not wait for an email reply. Our helplines page lists free and confidential services by country. Most take calls from family members as well as players.

If you are in immediate crisis, contact your local emergency number.
